Reactor is the main part of pyrolysis plant; waste plastic is send into reactor. Oil gas will be produced when heating reactor. Light oil gas will be produced when temperature at 100℃; liquid oil can be found when temperature at 120℃; Large amount of oil will be produced from 250 ℃ to 280℃. The maximum temperature of reaction is about 350℃.

Gas separator: oil gas from reactor will be sent into gas separator. Heavy oil will be separated from the oil gas and stored into heavy oil tank. Light oil gas will be rose up into oil pipeline and sent into condensing system.

Heavy oil tank is used to collect heavy oil from gas separator, material is Q235.

Oil storage tank is used to collect fuel oil from condenser.

Hydroseal is used for gas desulfurization, impurity and purification, which can prevent corrosion of reactor. This is one of the core technologies to extend the service life of reactor.

Condenser: our plant is equipped with tubular condenser, which is the most efficient condensing system. It is used to cool the high-temperature oil gas coming from gas separator. Heat of oil gas will be absorbed by the cold water outside the tube.

Dedusting system is used to collect and purify the flue gas from heating system.
